What Kist does

Kist identifies objects from photos and gives an estimated value range using artificial intelligence.

Estimates are not appraisals

Kist's value estimates are AI-generated ranges for informational purposes only. They can be wrong. Do not rely on them for buying, selling, insurance, tax, or legal decisions. For anything that matters, get a professional appraisal.

Free identifications and Kist Pro

Kist includes a number of free identifications with no credit card required. Kist Pro is an auto-renewing subscription; the price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Apple's standard licensed-application terms also apply.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no automated scraping, abuse, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt or overload the backend.

Intellectual property

Kist, its name and its content are owned by Kist. The objects, photos and notes you add remain yours.

Disclaimer and liability

Kist is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kist is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on its estimates.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version.
