1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ClipCard: Paste Keyboard (the "app" or "ClipCard"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ClipCard on devices you own or control, subject to these terms.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

ClipCard is free to use. Saving, reading, copying, pasting, searching, importing and plain JSON export of your own data are free of charge and are never blocked by a purchase. The free plan also includes camera scanning, iCloud sync, Face ID, all 10 data types, 3 of the 6 themes, and the ClipCard keyboard carrying up to 3 clips. Neither plan shows ads.

ClipCard Pro (the paid tier, "Pro") adds: every saved clip reachable from the keyboard instead of 3, a password-protected AES-256-GCM backup export, and three extra themes. No security feature is part of the paid tier.

• Monthly: $2.99 per month, with a 1 week free trial for new subscribers
• Yearly: $19.99 per year, with a 2 week free trial for new subscribers
• Lifetime: $49.99 as a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription, it does not renew, and it can be restored on your devices

Prices are shown in US dollars; the App Store displays the price and currency for your region, and local taxes may apply. All payments are processed by Apple, and we never receive your payment details.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of that period. If you do not cancel a free trial before it ends, it converts into a paid subscription. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings on your device, and cancelling stops future charges without removing access for the period already paid. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

If a subscription lapses, nothing you saved is taken away or locked. You keep full access to your data, and you can still export all of it. The keyboard returns to carrying 3 clips.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The content you store in the app
• Ensuring you have rights to any content you copy
• Maintaining the security of your device
• Using the app in compliance with applicable laws

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or modify the app
• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Distribute or resell the app
• Attempt to bypass any security features

6. Intellectual Property

ClipCard and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wilder Lopez and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that your saved data will never be lost. Keep your own backups, using the free JSON export or the password-protected backup.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
